Ocean Front Condo with one bedroom and one bathroom\. The living area of this unit is large and open\. The kitchen opens to the living area and the lanai is just off of the living room, creating a fun and enjoyable space\. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sofa bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four \(4\) people\. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe\. 

Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September\. This year \(2026\) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/14/26 and reopening 9/28/26
