Sugar Beach Resort \#PH\-14 is a penthouse suite towered on the sixth floor and located on the front row, inner\-end location of the complex\. From the oversized balcony, you are just a stones\-throw away from the water\. This panoramic, 180 degree ocean view is perfect for outdoor dinning, watching sunsets, or observing the whales in season\! Sugar Beach Resort \#PH\-14 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to four guests\. The unit has a full kitchen, washer\-dryer, central AC, and an oceanfront balcony\. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom\. The king bed includes a pillow top mattress\. Unit has cable TV, stereo system, and complimentary Wi\-Fi\. Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included\. The unit also comes equipped with basic beach equipment you will need to explore any of Maui's pristine beaches\. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit\.
This condo fronts a long white sand beach called Sugar Beach which is perfect for long walks, sunsets and fun in the sun\.  
Same day bookings \(meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation\) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions\. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights\.
