Sugar Beach Resort \#PH\-29 is a penthouse suite towered on the sixth floor and located on the front row, inner\-end location of the complex\. From the balcony, you are just a stones\-throw away from the water\. This direct ocean view is perfect for outdoor dinning, watching sunsets, or observing the whales in season\! Sugar Beach Resort \#PH\-29 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that can sleep up to 2 guests\. The unit has a full kitchen, washer\-dryer, central AC, and an oceanfront balcony\. There is a cal king bed in the Primary bedroom\. Unit has cable TV, stereo system, and complimentary Wi\-Fi\. Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included\. The unit also comes equipped with basic beach equipment you will need to explore any of Maui's pristine beaches\. 
This condo fronts a long white sand beach called Sugar Beach which is perfect for long walks, sunsets and fun in the sun\.  
Same day bookings \(meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation\) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.
