Stay in touch with work, if you have to, at the multi\-purpose, moveable, kitchen island that can double as a workspace\.  First floor has ensuite master bedroom/bath and a second bedroom\.  The airy loft with a large bedroom with both kin bed and 2 twins has its own bathroom and takes in the dramatic view of the mountains\.

Tucked away in the quiet, peaceful 1300 acre resort community of Shagbark brings the added safety of a full\-time secure entrance gate, maintained roads and a bubbling roadside stream that runs through it\.  Shagbark boasts a dog park, picnic shelter and year\-round playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball and cornhole on the games court beside the swimming pool which is only available May\-September during the summer\. The community salt and plows the roads in the winter when needed\.  

Sugar Maple Sunset is close to the beautiful Wears Valley\. This location can’t be any better with easy access to the natural beauty of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the adventures and entertainment of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and with the feel of the National Park as wild turkey and bear wander throughout\.
