\~	WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter\! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 \- March 1\.

\~	Beach Access: Less than a two minute drive from the sandy shores of the Gulf\. Cars are permitted to park on the beach\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\. 

\~	Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.
