Welcome to Cajun Beach Retreat\!  Take break and visit our fantastic corner unit\!  Updated inside and Summer House updated outside, this is the perfect time to visit\!  This is a very well equipped second home and not a typical investment property rental\.

This charming, beachfront condominium is centrally located in Orange Beach and offers an array of desirable, on\-site amenities\. 

Cajun Beach Retreat has been recently updated kitchen, bath rooms, and flooring\. 

This corner rental features brand new ceilings and paint, a contemporary living area with a new 70\-inch Samsung TV with a swivel TV stand, a dining area, and a furnished, wrap\-around balcony accessible from the living room, dining room, and each bedroom\.  Being on the West end of building A, you can watch the sunset\.  

The updated kitchen boasts all new appliances which include a side\-by\-side refrigerator, double oven, large microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler\. 

There are beautiful granite countertops with shiplap\-covered walls, cabinets, USB outlets, a new larger sink with tile backsplash, and hanging bar lights with new bar stools\! 4

Other recent updates include a remodeled main bath and a remodeled guest bath with a new bathtub, tiled walls up to the ceiling, a magnetic removable shower head wand, and a new vanity and sink\. 

June 2025 update:  Both secondary bedrooms just had 55" Smart TV's installed\!  \(Pics to come\)
June 17 2025 update:  The Bunk room has had the bunk beds replaced with 2 Full beds, the TV armoire is removed and the 55" smart TV is hung on the wall\!  Pics will be coming soon, but note that the bedding capacity has increased and the room layout has improved\!

Summer House also offers a number of amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, poolside gazebo, sun deck, grilling area, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, pickle ball, and sauna/steam room\.

Snowbird\-friendly \- extended stay quotations will automatically discount between November 1 and March 15\.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a $50 fee and charges will apply for up to 2 vehicles\.  This will be paid via Credit Card at the guard shack upon arrival\.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book\. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation and a signed Renter Agreement will be mandatory to complete any booking\.

Construction on our building \(A\) is complete and the sister building \(B\) was completed Dec 2024\!


Please note out House Rules:
Renter must be 25 years old or older and must be present the entire stay\.
Guests less than 25 years old must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian\.
No parties\.  No Adult content creation\.  
Rental Agreement must be signed in order to access our property\.
$500 Security Deposit hold is required to receive your key code\.
Our family does not eat or drink in/on our beds and bedding, and as our guests we expect the same\.
Absolutely NO PETS\!
