Summer Place \#501 is a PLATINUM RATED property on the 5th floor offering one of the largest balconies on the island\. Enjoy the 9 foot ceilings throughout and all tile floors \(no grubby wet carpet after a day at the beach or pool\) There are TWO POOLS \(one heated year\-round\),a huge deck area with plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ Area \(including 2 having natural gas\), HOT TUB and PRIVATE FITNESS CENTER facing the Gulf\.
UPSCALE FURNISHINGS and Large Flat Screen Smart TV's in our condominium make the stay even more pleasurable\. Kitchen IS COMPLETELY STOCKED and offers beautiful granite counters and large breakfast bar and new stainless appliances\. 

The EMERALD COAST CONFERENCE CENTER is only a stroll away\. Summer Place is also close to Eglin Air Force Base\. There are several fantastic restaurants within walking distance\.
