Second floor with private balcony for outdoor oceanfront dining and ultimate relaxation\. Watch the kids in the pool from the balcony\. Available year\-round\. Three\-night minimum\. No smoking\. Please note the C building is currently undergoing planned off\-season maintenance and upgrades to include stairwell replacements\. While the project is in progress, the elevator remains fully accessible and any temporary detours are clearly marked to ensure guest convenience and safety\.  The work is being carefully coordinated to minimize noise and disruption\.  We appreciate your understanding and are confident it will not affect your enjoyment of your stay\.
