We're excited to share that our building is currently receiving some much\-needed love with a full roof replacement and additional repairs and enhancements to keep everything in top shape for years to come\!
These improvements are expected to wrap up around June\. While the work is underway, you may notice some daytime construction activity, occasional noise during business hours, and crew members on site—standard for projects like this\.
We appreciate your understanding during this time\. Please note that  pool access cannot be guaranteed while the work progresses, as it may be temporarily affected\. 
That said, our beautifully beach\-themed units are designed to make you feel right at home by the Gulf, with stunning views and that classic coastal charm waiting for you\. We're grateful for your patience as we invest in making Summerhouse even better—thank you for choosing to stay with us\!

Welcome to Summerhouse, where you'll experience the epitome of condo living in Mexico Beach\. Unit 101, a 3BR/3BA condo located on the first floor closest to the stairs, offers easy access to the indoors\. The condo boasts an open living, kitchen, and dining area, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing\. 

This particular unit is ideally situated to take advantage of the breathtaking Gulf views right across the street\. Enjoy the scenery with a book, coffee, or drink on the furnished gulf view deck\. Being the first unit when you walk up the stairs, this end unit offers more interior space, including a third bathroom and an additional balcony that other units in the complex do not have\. 

The Summerhouse Condo Complex is unique in offering exclusive amenities in Mexico Beach\. The community pool and hot tub can be found on the second floor of the building, offering a great view of the beach\. Restrooms and even a sauna are available on the pool deck for your convenience\. The parkside grill on the ground floor of the complex is available for Summerhouse guests' use\.

A little housekeeping on the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed\.  Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways\.  Also, pets are not welcome on site\.

To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates \(must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable\)\.  Alternate dates must be pre\-approved\.
