## Description
If you are looking for convenience and great complex amenities, look no further\! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge and complex amenities cannot be beat\! Relax in front of the cozy wood\-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis\. The condo has a full kitchen where you can cook a nice meal after a long day on the hill biking or skiing, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar\.

The master bedroom features a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV and full bathroom is right outside the bedroom door\. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or additional guests\. \(PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING\) The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts\. Underground covered garage parking also keeps you from having to shovel out on those snowy days\. 

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more\. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex\. Guests will be provided one parking pass\. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options\. There are multiple stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted\.
