## Description
This ground floor condominium has undergone recent renovations, transforming it into a modern and inviting vacation rental, perfect for couples, singles or small families seeking a year\-round mountain retreat at Granby Ranch or in the surrounding areas, which offer a wide range of activities and events to enjoy\.
The open floor layout features hardwood flooring throughout and offers views of the mountains\.  The kitchen has been modernized with stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and countertops, including a breakfast bar that can seat up to four guests, making it perfect for a quick meal before venturing outside to appreciate the surroundings\. 
The primary living space features a queen murphy bed that can be conveniently folded up during the day, creating a more open atmosphere in the room while providing a cozy place for a good night’s sleep\.  The contemporary furnishings are arranged for optimal comfort, surrounding the wood burning fireplace and flat screen television\.  At the far end of this area, there is an additional alcove with a table and bench seating, perfect for dining, playing games or taking in the beautiful mountain view\.  Additionally, guests have access to a small private patio from this room\.  
The accommodation includes one full bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a spa\-inspired farmhouse sink\. Other in\-room amenities consist of complimentary wi\-fi access and cable television\.
This fully furnished unit, located next to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, providing the convenience of ski\-in/ski\-out access and is situated within Building 4 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby\.
