This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit \(located in the Forester building\) sleeps 4 people and is just steps away from Eagle Lodge\! Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dining room and living room\. The bedroom offers a king size bed\. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and there is kids sized small Twin bunk beds just off the dining room\. Relax after a day on the mountain in one of the complexes many Jacuzzi and pools \(summer only\)\. \(PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL\) Summit 45 offers free WiFi and underground parking \(garage clearance is 6' 9"\)\. This unit is pet friendly\! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call\. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more\. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex\. Guests will be provided two parking passes\. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options\.
