Experience the convenience of ski\-in/ski\-out access at this two\-bedroom, two\-bath condominium situated in Building 1 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby\. Positioned adjacent to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, this fully furnished unit serves as an excellent option for family rentals with pets\.
This garden level condominium showcases a contemporary color scheme and vinyl plank flooring, which enhances the open floor plan\.  This design harmonizes with the modern furnishings and provides generous space for an enjoyable vacation experience\.  For dining, the breakfast bar accommodates four guests, while the dining table also seats up to four and offers beautiful views of the mountains and meadows, along with access to the private patio\.  
The main living room is equipped with cozy furniture, providing an ideal environment for relaxation following a day filled with exploration and outdoor activities\.  Guests can enjoy the delightful wood burning fireplace or watch their preferred television shows on the flat screen TV\.  Adjacent to the living area is a tastefully updated full kitchen, featuring contemporary cabinets, new appliances, and a spacious quartz island, all crafted to harmoniously blend with the primary living space\. 
The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen\-sized bed and an en\-suite bathroom\.  The second bedroom is well\-suited for guests with another queen\-sized bed which will accommodate up to two individuals\.  The second bathroom opens up into this bedroom and as well is situated in the main hallway for easy access from the living area\.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI\-FI, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils\.  All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided\.please be aware that there is no air conditioning\.
The property offers a common area patio with outdoor furniture, hot tub, BBQ area and common area laundry\.
Parking:  There are 2 outdoor parking spots
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground\.  Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities\.  The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only\. This fee is per person/per day\.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking\.  We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake\. 
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation\.  There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all\-wheel drive or four\-wheel drive vehicles\. 
House Rules:  Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule\.  Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property\. Check\-in time is at 4:00PM and check\-out time is at 10:00AM\. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age\.  All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking\. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM \- 7:00 AM\.
