The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Sunset has begun a 6th‑floor renovation project with setup starting March 5, 2026\. Demolition is scheduled to begin March 9, 2026, with work continuing through June 4, 2026\.
Project Details

Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a\.m\.–4:00 p\.m\.
Construction noise may be present during demolition\.
Initial work areas include the lower lobby and the men’s restroom/locker room\.

Guest Access

The pool, BBQ area, and recreation deck remain open\.
Only one restroom/locker room will be closed at a time; the other will be temporarily designated as unisex\.
