Sunbeam Retreat is a deluxe vacation home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people\. This home features two living areas with flat\-screen TVs\. The main level living area features a high ceiling and windows letting in great natural light, comfortable leather seating, and a gas fireplace\. The second living area downstairs is a wonderful place for the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy some quiet time upstairs\.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the group happy and fed\. The dining room table seats eight, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar\. You’ll also enjoy the deck with a gas barbeque grill; it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains\!

This home also features a two\-car garage \(plus two driveway parking spaces\), a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi\-Fi\.
