\-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed\.
\-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026\.  In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby\.
However, we're pleased to inform you that the Indoor Pool remains open for your enjoyment\. Given these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period\. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation\.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark\. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools \(outdoor and heated indoor\), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7\. There are also coin\-operated laundry facilities on each floor\.

Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate\-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest\!
