Indulge in relaxation on the many patios, a dip in the private pool \(heated seasonally with a fee\) in our gated backyard, or a ride on a six passenger golf cart available for rent\! There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking \- or golf cart \- distance\! We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area\. We do not make exceptions, and you will not be permitted access to the home\. • Parties and events are not permitted\. • We are pet friendly with a one time $325 fee \(this includes emotional support animals\)\. Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival\.
