The Space:
Kitchen living: The kitchen is fully equipped and opens on to the living area which attracts vast amounts of natural light from the double doors that lead onto a private balcony\. The flat also has a spacious roof terrace which can seat 6 for dinner at the round table or 5 on the outdoor sofa, which comes with outdoor cushions\. The dining table can seat 8 with extra chairs in each bedroom\.

Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms, the master served by an en\-suite bathroom with an overhead shower\. The main bathroom below includes and bath and overhead shower\. 

Sofa bed: There is an additional sofa bed as well so can sleep 6, The sofa bed is only in use with 5 and above guests\. If you would like to use the sofa bed with 4 and below guests please let us know 24 hours in advance of check in there is an additional charge of £100 for this and must be pre ordered\. 

You cannot run both showers at the same time due to the water pressure & being an old building\.
