This rustic, country charmer is located just blocks from downtown Fredericksburg and perfect for your group's getaway\. This home is artfully decorated in a welcoming country/southwestern style that invites you to relax and enjoy the company of good friends and family\.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open\-concept living, kitchen, and dining area \- perfect for spending time together\. There's plenty of comfortable seating with a large couch and two leather accent chairs, giving everyone room to spread out and unwind\. The living room features a 44\-inch Smart TV\.

The fully equipped kitchen features a full\-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and generous counter space for meal prep if you choose to dine in\. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the bar \- or take your meal outside and enjoy the fresh air at the large table under the big oak tree\.

Outside, you'll find a relaxing space to wind down in the evenings\. Sip a cocktail or enjoy wines from the area's many wineries, gather around the firepit for s'mores, dine a the wrought\-iron table, or simply lounge and enjoy the peaceful setting\.

When it's time to turn in, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests\.
