Spacious and comfortable, Sunnyside is situated on the north end of Carolina Beach\. After a long day at the beach, wash your toes off with Sunnyside's outdoor shower before heading in\!The incredible 5\-bedroom, 4\.5 bath unit  which is 1/2 of the duplex offers parking for up to 4 vehicles\. It boasts a large well\-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless\-steel appliances\. The top floor features a spacious living area, a half bath off the kitchen, dining room, an ocean view balcony, and a spiral staircase to an open deck with spectacular ocean views\!The middle floor offers two king suites with attached private baths and flat screen TVs\. Both bedrooms on this floor have a private balcony\. One of these decks does have a partial view of the ocean\!
