## Description
Lakeside Sunset on Lake Winnisquam\!  

The Family will not be disappointed when they get to spend everyday swimming, fishing, and boating right from the back yard\! Swim out to the small sand bar that is located right in front of the home\. Dock your boat just steps away from the back porch\. Enjoy a game of cornhole and grill on those nice summer nights, then roast marshmallows in the firepit and enjoy the ambience of lake life living\. Lake Winnisquam is a smaller lake than it's neighbor lake \(Winnipesaukee\) by miles, but is very family friendly and much less boat traffic\.

On the Main level you will find a full Kitchen, dining area, living room, an enclosed porch with seating\. One bedroom with a Queen size bed, a   bathroom, and laundry\. Upstairs you will be welcomed into another small living quarters, stocked with games a television and extra seating, and three more bedrooms\. Two with queen beds and one with two sets of twin bunk beds\. There is a slider door onto a small deck, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Winnisquam and the back yard\. 

This is a dog friendly home\!  There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well\.

Please note:  This home does not come with sheets or towels\.  You may bring your own or rent them from Break Away Rentals\.  Just let us know at time of booking if you need them\!
