Welcome to “Sunset Haven,” a scenic 2\-bedroom, 1\-bath lakefront home on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in Aurora, NY\. This cozy home is 1 of 4 properties that make up Sunset Stays on Cayuga, a group of lakefront rentals owned by a family with a heart for hospitality\. Key features of Sunset Haven include an open living space, a wraparound upper deck, a waterside patio area with a year\-round hot tub, and a walkout dock with a sundeck and 7ft waterslide\.

\*The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6\. Additional fees apply beyond 4 guests\. We ask that you please enter the correct number of guests when booking\.
\*Guests have full, private access to the entire property\. Our properties are located less than a mile from NY Long Point State Park on a quiet road; ideal for walking or biking along the lake\.
\*The shoreline and lake floor are rocky and can be slippery, so water shoes are recommended\.
\*Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout this entire property\.
\*Pets are welcome with an additional $200 fee, which covers up to two pets\. Please select the pet option when making your reservation\.
\*Due to high demand, bookings that include a local event or holiday weekend are non\- refundable\.
\*If you need additional space, our 3 other rentals are located on the same road: “Sunset Oasis,” “Sunset Paradise,” and “Sunset Retreat\.” “Sunset Paradise” and “Sunset Oasis” are next door to each other, “Sunset Haven” is 300 add’l feet down the road from the first two, and “Sunset Retreat” is further down the road approx\. a 10 min drive\. Renting multiple properties is an excellent option for larger groups\.
