The house has a boat ramp, but please note that it is somewhat steep and the concrete at the bottom is damaged\. Use caution when launching\. If you have any concerns, you may prefer using a nearby public ramp, such as Sunset Park\.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more\! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details\!

We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.

Please note that the owner's boat is left at the property in the driveway\. It is not for use\. The garage is also not for use\.
