Sunset Serenade is located on the 4th floor of a low density 5 story elevator building\. There is a beautiful Gulf front pool, a private dune crossover and an on site beach chair/umbrella rental service\.

 The open floor plan makes you feel like you're sitting right on the beach while inside\. A large covered side balcony offers Gulf views and plenty of room to sunbathe or read a book while listening to the surf\.
All new living room furniture\.
There are new Granite countertops in the kitchen, and a new dining table that seats 6\.  Dine in with a beautiful Gulf view\!

Wake up to the beach from the queen\-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath\.
The new walk\-in shower is tiled\.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bath with tub adjacent to this bedroom\.
All beds are new\.

All rooms have flat screen TV's\.  The second bedroom's tv is for streaming only\.

The living area has a queen\-sized sleeper sofa which allows this unit to sleep 6 comfortably\.
A fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, 2 bar stools, and a large pantry has plenty of room for meal or snack making\.

There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, a charcoal grill on the ground floor courtyard, on site parking, and wifi is included\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted\.
Minimum age to rent is 25\.
