Sunset Villa is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with community pool, waterviews and a short walk to the beach\!

Located on the sound in Sunset Harbor, Sunset Villa has recently been completely updated\.  Immaculate condo with new flooring throughout \(no carpeting\),  new kitchen appliances and new bedroom furniture welcome you on your beachy getaway\.
The large flat screen TV allows viewing from the great room and the kitchen\.  
This is a charming spot for your group of 4\-5\!

The queen\-sized primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo\.  The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional bath with walk in shower off the hall\.
There is a futon in the great room to sleep one more\.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make snacks after beachtime or dinner after pooltime\.  A breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table an additional 2\.
You can also dine on the balcony which offers gorgeous unobstructed views of the sound, and the most glorious sunsets you'll ever see\!

The community pool is close to your door \(where grills are available\), and the beautiful emerald green Gulf and snow white beach is a short distance away\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted\.
