• Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60‑day deadline\. Once paid, it's non‑refundable\.
• Extended stays \(over 2 weeks\) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it's non‑refundable\.
