• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind\.
• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non\-refundable pet fee\. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended\. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival\. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this\. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed\.

Transit:
• You’re located right in the middle of everything Destin and 30A has to offer\. We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around the Sandestin area\. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking\. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction\! 
• Airport Distances:
Destin FL \(VPS\) \- 25 miles
Panama City FL \(ECP\) \- 42 miles
Pensacola FL \(PNS\) \- 83 miles

Additional Notes:
• Sunshine Bungalo is pet friendly\! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check\-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs\.
• Golf cart drivers must be age 25\+, complete our waiver, have a valid license, and valid insurance coverage\. No exceptions\.
• Self check\-in with keypad\.
• All linens \(bed linens, towels, beach towels\) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home\. Our cleaners supply a light courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay\. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay\.
• We do not supply any beach or pool items, other than beach towels\. While there may be items left by a prior guest, we do not guarantee or stock anything other than beach towels for your stay\.
