## Description
Enjoy a mountain escape at this 3 bedroom condo in Fraser\.  This unit offers a split\-level interior, open floor plan and plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy the forest and mountain views from the private deck and on\-site amenities that include indoor hot tubs, summer picnic area and tennis court\.
The main entrance of the unit provides a view of the open floor plan with new carpeting and modern\-tech style furnishings\. The living room offers vaulted ceilings adding to the overall ambiance of the room; the sofas surround the wood burning fireplace to enjoy on winter evenings and the flat screen TV for watching movies or your favorite shows\.  Access to the private deck where you can enjoy a peaceful spot to take in the surrounding forest and mountain views\.  
The dining room provides seating for up to four guests with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar and is easily accessible from either the main living area or fully equipped kitchen\.  The kitchen has  painted cabinets, countertops, tile flooring and new appliances\.
The primary bedroom on this level has a king\-sized bed and en\-suite full bathroom\. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on the main level in the main entry hallway\.
The upper level of the condo has the additional two bedrooms and bathrooms\.  The second bedroom has three beds \- twin bed and pull out sofa, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and en\-suite bathroom\.  The third bedroom has a queen bed, en\-suite bathroom with shower enclosure\.  Please note this third bedroom only has a half wall and is open and overlooks the main living area below\.  Additional unit amenity is a ski locker outside the main entrance\.
The complex offers two indoor hot tubs, a summer picnic area and tennis courts\. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located at the main entrance to the complex providing transportation to the ski resort, downtown Winter Park and the main street of Fraser\.
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets or smoking, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation\.
