HOUSE RULES 
• Minimum age to book is 25\. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay\. \(ID will be checked by the front desk\)
• This is a pet\-free property\. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals\.
• Check\-in begins at 4:00 pm CST \| Check\-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas\.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages\. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund\.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher\.

\- Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles and is included in your reservation\.
\- Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities\. We leave 8 wristbands in the condo for you\. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each\. Your care and attention is appreciated\.
