Welcome to Sandy Sea Gulls\!  

All new for end of 2025 season: Removed all carpet and replaced it with vinyl flooring\! 

This home has a well\-equipped, open kitchen and a great room thoughtfully furnished and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment\.  Relax on the sun deck, in the hot tub, on the covered porch, or the game room with TV, a poker table, and shuffleboard for great family fun and lasting memories\.  All of the spacious bedrooms have their own private bathrooms for the ultimate in beach luxury\. 

Enjoy the convenient Seven Sisters community pool with beach access just steps away\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. No Pets\. Parking 5 cars\. Ask about our Military discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
