This family\-friendly and comfortable Outer Banks vacation rental might be just the thing to make your next beach week the best ever\. Located near Mile Post 14 in Nags Head, close to excellent Outer Banks restaurants and attractions\. No sitting in traffic for hours on a busy Saturday, check in on Sunday for a less stressful travel day\.

Entertainment options are important for any vacation\. A Change in Latitude has a den with a card table for family tournaments\. Need to stay connected? Free WiFi is provided\. TVs, DVD players, and a stereo system\. Tell the chef to fire up the grill after a day at the beach\. Speaking of the beach it is less than 500 feet to warm sand\.

Pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Fireplace not available for guest use\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
