This house is the perfect set\-up for golfing or fishing parties as well as for multiple family groups\! Come stay at Seawatch 5 and reserve a piece of paradise\. 

5\-bedroom OBX vacation home on the Nags Head Golf Links course\. Soundview\! Private hot tub, sauna\. Wi\-Fi, Game/Media room with foosball, icemaker, and gas fireplace\. Panoramic Sound views, decks, charcoal grill, fish cleaning table\. All bedrooms have a private bath & ramp, access to the deck\.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

Non\-Smoking\. No Pets\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
