\- Please note that the hot tub and pool take around 6 hours to heat up\. So, depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.
