Looking for a cute little cabin for your family? Look no further than Tahoe Townie\! This 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath home is located right off Pioneer Trail\. It's an easy drive to the lake, the casinos, Heavenly Ski resort and everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer\. A highlight of this home is the large, private back deck overlooking the forested yard\. Inside is super cozy with a large living room couch great for movie nights\. \~ Please Note
• We are permitted for up to 6 adults max plus extra kids under 5\. 
• We are permitted for up to 3 cars max\. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park 2 cars at the top of the driveway closest to the street\. Do not park down by the garage or you will get stuck\. The garage is locked off for owner storage and is not available for parking\.
• Our home is non\-smoking\.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm \- 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time\. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours\.
• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC\. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans\. 
• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement\.
• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5\-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you\! :\)
• Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates\! 
• Our home backs to Pioneer trail so there is a bit of road noise which is dependant on the time of day\. It's a great spot for families which rambunctious kiddos\!
• There is no dining room table at this home\. Instead there is seating for 3 at the kitchen counter and 3\-4 at the new bar height table in the kitchen\. See photo\. 
• This home is NOT PET FRIENDLY\. The owner's daughters have an allergy so this is a health and safety issue for them\. Good news is we host other pet friendly listings that are more suitable for your pups including ESA/Service animals\. Contact us for details on those homes\. Thanks\!
