This condo offers 3 day rentals during the summer months\!\!This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the fourth floor\.  The unit has bright colors and is tastefully decorated with custom draperies\.  The kitchen counter bar has been designed diagonally which lends itself to making the dining and  living room more spacious\.  There is a TV, VCR and DVD player in not only the living room but also in each of the bedrooms\.  Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two Queen beds\. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience\.  The large balcony provide a great area to gather for late afternoon drinks or quietly sitting to watch the sunrise\.All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit\.  Occupants have access to a private 800 ft\. fishing pier \(NO License Required\) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex\.
