Come stay in our newest renovation at Tata River Cabins— "Mi casita cabin" a lovingly restored and artfully crafted retreat where every detail tells a story\. This cozy riverside gem blends rustic charm with handcrafted elegance, featuring custom woodwork, warm natural textures, and unique artisan touches created by the owners themselves\. Inside, you'll find a serene bathroom with hand\-baked turquoise tiles and a rainfall shower head\. The living space opens into a thoughtfully designed kitchen and lounge area with a vintage\-modern vibe, perfect for cooking, relaxing, or curling up by the fireplace\. A plush king\-size bed makes this a perfect place for two\. At Tata Cabins you are surrounded by nature and just steps from the South Arkansas River, this cabin offers a peaceful, inspiring getaway in the mountains just a short drive from downtown\.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens\. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap\.  Bring your own toiletries,\.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a\.m\. to 8:00 pm\. 

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check\-In and Check\-Out instructions\. 

\~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation\. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check\-in instructions will be sent to guest\.

 \*\*This home is rented for personal vacation use only\.  Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed\. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws\. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved  pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000\.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement\.

 Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check\-in with full refund\.  14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund\.   No refunds will be issued after this cut\-off date for any reason\. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service\.
