This contemporary, pet friendly two\-bedroom, two\-bathroom condominium situated in the Reserve at Ten Mile Creek Apartments, boasts stunning mountain views from the private deck\.  It also provides easy access to a range of outdoor activities in the nearby region and at Granby Ranch Resort\. 
The unit boasts a generous open floor plan, a chef\-inspired kitchen, and an ample supply of natural light\. Located on the second floor, it provides picturesque views from every room and is perfect for those who wish to enjoy outdoor pursuits while staying in a serene and conveniently situated setting\.
The living room provides ample space for relaxation, featuring a gas fireplace, ceiling fan and flat screen television, all complemented by beautiful views visible through the windows\.  There is a sofa sleeper as well for extra sleeping accommodations\. This area also leads to a private deck, which serves as a welcoming location to savor morning coffee or afternoon beverages after a day spent appreciating the picturesque environment\.
Adjacent to this area, the dining space can comfortably seat up to four individuals at the breakfast bar, promoting enjoyable engagement with the designated chef among your group or with those unwinding in the living area\.

It serves as a year\-round getaway in an excellent location\.
For a fee of $20\.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool \- kids 8 and under are free\.  The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older\.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all\-wheel drive or four\-wheel drive vehicles\.  Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
