Uniquely decorated in traditional mountain style this 3 bedroom/loft, 3 bathroom condominium sleeps up to 11 and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge\. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet residential location, across from multi\-use bike path and Sierra Star Golf Course\. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining area that seats 6\. Cozy up around the wood burning stove on the large sectional, and enjoy the flat screen TV\. On the lower lever there is a spacious mud room entry from the 2\-car garage, and features two bedrooms and a bathroom\. The first bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen TV, the second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with flatscreen TV and adjacent jack and jill style full bathroom\. The master bedroom on the middle level has a King bed with a flat screen TV and desk so you can work/school remotely, and a private en\-suite full bath\. There is an additional full bathroom on the third level along with the loft featuring a bunk bed with Twin over Twin and 2 additional Twin beds\. This unit offers WiFi internet access\. There is a washer and dryer available so you can have all the conveniences of home\. With a large south facing deck on the middle living room level featuring a BBQ grill, this makes this the perfect home to entertain and grill with all of the family\. The complex offers 2 car garage parking \(garage clearance 6' 6"\), Jacuzzi, and tennis and pickleball courts\. This unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido\! Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home\. A camera is located at the front of the home monitoring the front door and a camera monitoring the garage door\. The townhouse is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge, or cross the street and you can jump on a free shuttle for a quick ride to the mountain\. You are also a short ride to the Old Mammoth downtown part of Mammoth\.
