Description:
You will enjoy this retro vintage classic Sunriver vacation home\. This charming 2 level condo has expansive windows all around to give you a nice light and bright airy feeling\. The dining room seating for six plus additional seating with three bar stools\. The Tennis Village Condos are each part of a four\-plex\.

Level 1:
The main level has the dining, kitchen, living and a bedroom with En Suite along with a half bath\.  The kitchen has a door to outside where there's a small patio\.  The living space also has a sliding door to outside\.    

The downstairs bedroom houses two Twin beds that can be made into a King bed, upon request\.  

Level 2: 
Upstairs leads to a loft area with a couch that becomes a Queen bed and a chair\.  The second bedroom is also located upstairs and houses a King\-sized bed\.  There is also the laundry and a full bath\.   

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: 
This home includes 6  Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf\.
