HOUSE RULES TERRACE AT PELICAN BEACH
• Minimum age to book is 25\. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay\. \(ID will be checked by the front desk\)
• This is a pet\-free property\. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals\.
• Check\-in begins at 4:00 pm CST \| Check\-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check\-in via personalized door code\. Guests will check in with the Pelican Beach front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands\. Bring your license plate number\. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands\. \(Do not unload at the Pelican building\!\)
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas\.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages\. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund\.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher\.
