Step outside to your private backyard oasis \- designed for entertainment and relaxation\.  Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or unwind in the hot tub under the stars\.  Challenge friends on the putting greens with sand traps, enjoy a game of ping pong or shuffleboard, and gather for night chats by the fire pit\.  The covered outdoor lounge with TV and dining space is perfect for al fresco meals and evening hangouts\.

Inside, you'll find bright, open living areas with plenty of room to spread out\.  The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and entertain\.  The main house offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the private casita features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, it's own half bath, and an outdoor shower\.

\~ Dog friendly stay:  We warmly welcome well\-behaved canine companions \(no cats\)\. Jacksonville Beach is dog\-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup\.

• Dogs should be house\-trained or kenneled when alone 
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted  

\~Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85\~ is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee\.  Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45\~ \(which is rare\)\.   

\~ Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
