You'll love the fully\-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite snacks\. You might find that your favorite spot is anywhere on the wrap\-around deck with splendid ocean views; sunrise over the ocean to the east with your morning coffee and sunset to the west on the screened porch sitting on the swing bed or the hammock\. Your neighbors include the wild horses; you will love to observe the rare glimpse\. After a long day at the beach, use the outdoor shower before setting up a game of cornhole or horseshoes in the yard\. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort, and at the end of a long day, sink into comfortable beds and refresh for your next adventure\.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
