This home is located in the Brewery District of Over the Rhine\. It is known for Rhinegeist Brewery, Findlay Market, and its ease of access to everything in Over\-the\-Rhine\. One thing to know about our neighborhood is that it is a mixed\-income urban neighborhood\. While there are hundreds of restaurants and cafes, homes worth millions of dollars, and nationally\-renowned restaurants within a 5\-minute walk of our home, there are also homeless folks, panhandlers, buildings that still need renovation, and people from all walks of life\. You may also see litter, depending on the time of day\. This is perfectly normal for this neighborhood\.

\- Getting around is a breeze with our private, gated parking\. Or, hop on the FREE streetcar one block away\. You can also walk to Findlay Market and many restaurants, cafes, breweries, and boutiques\.

\- Please note that the piano has been removed and the dining room tables and bar stools have been changed out for other ones\.
\- As we need to re\-shoot photos, certain rooms are shown without all of the furniture in the room\. The decor and the furniture is still in the property, but may be moved to different rooms by time you arrive\.

Please note that the home next to ours uses our driveway for walking access to their door\. While we have gated, secure parking you might see our neighbors walking to or from their home\.
