BLACK STRAT, aptly named for its monochromatic interiors, is a cozy 1BD apartment that is centrally located in the East Peoria area, right by ICC and is chock full with amenities\! Conveniently located 10 MINS away from DT Peoria and East Peoria, this unit is perfect for travelers and workers coming to the area\. The unit is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living space, keyless entry and in\-unit washer and dryer\! There is even a FREE parking lot with plenty of spaces\!

This apartment boasts a collection of dramatic interiors with many dark, monochromatic décor elements and color schemes which present the space as contemporary\. We call it “moody minimalism\.”
