Welcome to The Breezy Escape\! This charming 3\-bedroom, 2\-bath pool home is perfectly located in SW Cape Coral, just a short drive from downtown restaurants, shops, and the lively Cape Harbour Village\. Situated north of El Dorado Parkway W, you'll enjoy both convenience and luxury in this prime location\.

The villa features a master suite with an en\-suite bathroom with walk\-in shower and dual sinks, while the guest bedrooms share a convenient “Jack and Jill” bathroom\. The kitchen is equipped with a new refrigerator and dishwasher, while the living areas includes a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and basic cable\. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs plus an additional outdoor TV by the pool\. A dedicated work desk is also available in one of the bedrooms\.
