The Space:
The Capulin Volcano View House is a comfortable, open\-plan bunkhouse on Nathaniel's working cattle ranch in northeastern New Mexico\. Two sets of bunk beds — full on bottom, twin on top — sleeping up to six, with a combined living and kitchen area and two three\-quarter baths\. The east\-facing porch is private to the bunkhouse with seating, a picnic table, and a fire pit\. Capulin Volcano is visible from the property — the closest lodging to the crater rim\.

Guest Interaction:
Nathaniel and his family live on the ranch\. He's available by text, respects guests who prefer seclusion, and is happy to engage as much or as little as you'd like\.

Access:
Private access to the full bunkhouse, east porch, picnic table, and fire pit\. The ranch road is generally great for walking — check with Nathaniel ahead of time if you plan to explore, as livestock may be in the area\. Accessible by two\-wheel drive on the four\-mile dirt road in — reach out before arrival if weather is a concern\.

No neighborhood — that's the point\. Capulin Volcano National Monument, an International Dark Sky Park, is visible from the property and minutes away\.
