As a guest, you’ll have access to your villa plus community amenities, including the Arnold Palmer course, Pro\-Shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant, resort\-style pool, and walking along the waterfront\.

The Capehart house features a master bedroom downstairs with a king bed with 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 twin XL beds in each PLUS an additional Master bedroom with a queen bed\. The house can sleep up to 8 guests\.  This home has a huge screened\-in porch for the entire group or family and a wood\-burning firepit in the backyard\.  Just bring your own starter and firewood\!
