This property is on a wooded lot\-expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.


You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more\! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details\!

Starting in April the pool is professionally cleaned once a week to start getting it fresh and ready for your enjoyment\. The pool is NOT heated and is open seasonally from mid\-May through October\.  Please note that during pollen season and fall season and periods of inclement weather, debris may accumulate between cleanings\. While we do our best to maintain the pool, nature can sometimes make it tricky\! Thanks for your understanding and we hope you enjoy your stay\!

Please note that the pool gets serviced on Fridays\. Guests will need to be out of the pool during the cleaning process and stay out for 2 hours afterwards for the pool chemicals to dissolve\. Thank you\!
