Spacious updated home in a quiet area less than one mile from the GSU campus\. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms\. Two king bedrooms with private baths, one queen bedroom and two twin sleeper chairs\. Plush towels and quality linens\. High Speed Internet and smart TV's in each bedroom\. Fully furnished kitchen, grill and patio that can be used while you're in town visiting\. No pets\.

This property is on the same lot as a duplex that are both available on Airbnb if you have a large family or need additional space\.
The house has just undergone a total renovation and offers an open concept that is perfect for relaxing while visiting Statesboro\. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV\. Living room has a 55" Roku TV\. The two king bedrooms have their own private bath\.
