Unwind in the private backyard oasis at this charming 4BR home\. You’ll enjoy short commutes to the University of Texas, Downtown, and vibrant East Austin neighborhoods\!

The main house features 2 separate living areas on either side of the contemporary kitchen and dining area\. Prepare your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen which boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and has ample space for cooking\. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house as well\. 

The backyard oasis has a beautiful pool and hot tub nestled under a canopy of large trees and bamboo\. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy lunch by the pool as you stay cool under the covered patio space\! The backyard is a wonderful place to enjoy sunny Austin days in the pool or to relax with your friends and family at night\.

The separate, outdoor pool cabana is accessible through the Master Bedroom\. It is fitted with 2 twin beds and has plenty of space to lounge around – perfect for families or corporate travelers\! Please note, there is a wall unit AC/heater in this room and it is not connected to the main house\.

You are only a 5\-minute walk to Manor Road, which has many local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars\. The University of Texas and Texas Memorial Stadium is a 15\-minute walk or a convenient Uber/e\-scooter ride away\. Enjoy all of the local events and nightlife that Downtown and East Austin has to offer all within 2 miles\!
